Mobile Visits & Appointment Policies

• Mobile visits are available by prearranged appointment only.

• IM/SC injections and Red-Light Therapy are not eligible for mobile visits unless combined with an IV visit. (please inform us ahead of time if you wish to add these services)

• There is a $45 nonrefundable deposit for all IV appointments.

• For mobile visits, there is a $50 charge for the first IV, and $25 for any additional IVs at the same location. This fee is in addition to the nonrefundable $45 deposit.

• NAD+ home visit infusions are a $100 per hour. HDVC home visits are an additional $50 per each additional hour after the first hour.

Pre-Visit Telehealth Screening Requirement

For your safety and to ensure that your treatment is appropriate and safe, a Telehealth screening is required before all services.

• The screening cost is $45 and is valid for 1 year.

• The screening evaluates your medical history and suitability for treatment.
• After booking your appointment and paying your deposit, you will receive a secure link to complete your telehealth screening online. This must be completed prior to any services.
• Appointments cannot be confirmed until the telehealth screening is completed and approved by our medical team.

• Your initial deposit will be credited toward the cost of your pre-visit screening appointment and is nonrefundable if the screening has been completed.

• For returning clients, the deposit will be credited to the final cost of services at your appointment.

• Please note our cancellation and no-show policy on our booking page when making your appointment.
